I’m a college-trained ceramics artist who’s been working in this medium for more than 40 years. I take great pride in my craftsmanship and no two items are the same, so every piece is an original, hand-made work of art.
If you can imagine it, I can create it for you!
A few examples of some recent projects I’ve completed for my clients.
This first image is from a series of tall vases I created for a gallery. Plants go into the top portion and there’s also room for drainage below them.
I can easily customize the design and color to suit your taste.
I was asked to create a series of vases that looked like they came from the ocean, so I created these pots to resemble tubular sea sponges. I even added some “barnacles” to accentuate the underwater look and feel.
I also made a second, larger cluster. The textures and angles of the various pots creates the sense of movement that you would find under water on the ocean floor.
This is a black and blue “splatter platter” I created upon request from a client.
An unfinished pot on the wheel, ready for paint and glaze before it goes into the kiln. Please contact me to commission a unique piece or art for that special person in your life or for a special occasion.
